Summer School Web Edition

(17-19th May 2021)

The WholEUGrain project consortium organized the first Summer School Web Edition which was held 17-19 of May 2021.

The main aim was to gather stakeholders who are interested to gain knowledge on how to establish and run a public private whole grain partnership and experience first-hand presentation of results and insights regarding:

  • the definition of whole grains
  • insights on the sustainability of whole grains
  • aspects regarding the establishment of a quantitative recommendation for whole-grain intake
  • as well as reviewed the best level of evidence available concerning the associations between whole-grain intake on the development of different diseases.
