Promotion of WholEUGrain project on CeFOOD 2022 Congress

(27 - 30 September 2022)

The WholEUGrain project and its activities were promoted on 11th Central European Congress on Food and Nutrition which was held from 27 to 30 September 2022 in Čatež ob Savi, Slovenia.

The main aim of this event was to:

  • pinpoint and recognize the latest advances along the food supply chain including research and education with open discussions on current issues in this area respecting environmental concerns.
  • provide guidance to the ongoing projects in Food Science, Technology and Nutrition, involving hands-on professionals, scholars, researchers and policy makers.

With purpose to inform interested public about the WholEUGrain project’s activities the project poster was prepared. The WholEUGrain poster included different information such as:

  • general information
  • aim of the project
  • project partners
  • results of the project

The poster also included information about the Slovenian success in relation to the whole grain partnership establishment.
