| Description |
Digi-B-Well project aims to increase competences of CE manufacturing SMEs, public authorities and academia for their digital-era-fit management and operation, digital transformation by upskilling leaders with soft and hard skills, their employees with digital skills for their higher engagement, prevention of digital stress or even burnout and achievement of digital well-being. The project will design digital transformation solution for digital audit (self-assessment of digital maturity) & transformation (digital-era-fit management/operation models/infrastructure) upon testing in pilot action, introduce digitalisation label but also TN digitalisation strategy and action plans enabling uptake into policy/daily practice.
