Promoting lifelong entrepreneurship and intergenerational cooperation through joint bilateral capacity building and pilot projects aimed at a sustainable future. The project "Startup 50+" is intended to support people with many years of experience in realizing their ideas and establishing new companies. Many successful business ideas only appear during a professional career and are based on acquired knowledge and skills and contacts. Current studies show that older startups are more successful in all aspects compared to younger startups. However, due to social prejudices and the lack of suitable conditions, many promising ideas are never realized. The Startup 50+ project aims to change that.
