Think Global, Act Local (TGAL) focuses on the need for better diversity management in European SMEs, where the workforce is ageing and becoming increasingly diverse. The project emphasises the importance of embedding diversity at all levels of the organisation. By using storytelling as an effective tool to change internal company culture, the project aims to encourage the development of work environments where employees internalise company values and feel included and valued.

TGAL is developing a comprehensive training package for VET professionals, including a diversity management programme, a manual for the use of storytelling techniques for this purpose and partnerships with local companies to pilot these resources. In addition, the project is developing policy recommendations that can contribute to the creation of more inclusive workplaces in Europe.
