Participation fee

PARTICIPATION FEE A 

Participation fee for Wednesday, 19^th November 2025 is 300,00 € (VAT excluded). 
It covers for programme and materials on 19^th November 2025, refreshments during breaks, lunch and afternoon programme with dinner. 

(Early bird for paticipation fee A is 280,00 € until 20^th October 2025). 
Special offer: Order 6 participation fee's A, get the seventh for free. 

PARTICIPATION FEE B 

Participation fee for Thursday, 20^th November 2025 is 250,00 € (VAT excluded). 
It covers for programme and materials on 20^th November 2025, refreshments during breaks and lunch. 
Special offer: Order 6 participation fee's B, get the seventh for free. 

The price of the afternoon programme with dinner is 85,00 € (VAT excluded). 
 

PARTICIPATION FEE C 

Participation fee for Wednesday, 19^th and Thursday, 20^th November 2025 is 490,00€ (VAT excluded). 
It covers for programme and materials on 19^th and 20^th November 2025, refreshments during breaks and lunches, afternoon programme with dinner. 

(Early bird for participation fee C is 450,00 € until 20^th October 2025). 
Special offer: Order 6 participation fee's C, get the seventh for free. 
 

Students, invited professors and retirees are exempt from paying the participation fee.
