Instead, we will organize the visit of the VINAKOPER winery.
The bus will depart at 4:00 p.m. from in front of the Grand Hotel Portorož (Caffe Central). Please remember to bring with the wristband you will receive at the registration. I
t will serve as your admission ticket for the winery tour and dinner.
At 7:30 p.m., we will meet in the foyer of Hotel Slovenija, in the sponsors’ area, followed by dinner at 8:00 p.m. at the TreeTop Restaurant.
We will round off the evening with a DJ party in the sponsors’ area.
Registration for the VINAKOPER winery tour and dinner is mandatory. For additional registered participants whose registration fee does not include these activities,

Afternoon experience
In addition to the professional programme, an engaging afternoon programme will be organised, including a visit to
Fonda Fish Farm, a unique example of sustainable marine aquaculture in the Bay of Piran. Participants will learn about the story behind the farming of the renowned Piran sea bass and discover the distinctive features of Slovenia’s coastline. The evening will continue with dinner at Hotel Slovenija, followed by networking and an evening programme in the sponsors’ area. This will provide an excellent opportunity for informal networking, exchanging experiences, and strengthening business connections among event participants.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, the organizers reserve the right to adjust the afternoon programme, in which case the visit to Fonda Fish Farm will be cancelled.
