The YML Network is glad to invite you to its online event on May 9th, 2023.
The focus of the event will be on two topics that are crucial for a career in manufacturing: Creativity, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (CIE) and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).
After a short introduction to the YML network there will be a session dedicated to each topic during which you can listen to industry testimonials and discover more about the online learning paths offered free of charge by YML.
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion session will host a first keynote speech by the Director of Product Development of Henkel Ireland and a second keynote speech on Inspiring Women in Manufacturing.
The second session, dedicated to Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, will begin with an ice-breaking workshop and a presentation on Design Thinking, then followed by a roundtable with speakers sharing their experience and discussing about start-ups, digital innovation and industry-academia collaboration.
At the end of each session, you will get more information about the YML learning paths and how you can enrol to develop your skills and obtain the official certificate from EIT Manufacturing.
