How to find whole grain products?

Nevertheless, that the number of whole grain products is growing, consumers often believe, that they can identify whole grain products by name, color or fiber content. Additional label reading is required to correctly identify products that qualify as whole grain. For this purpose, are different organizations developed packaging symbols, to help consumers identify products that contain whole grains. When identifying whole grain products is it necessary to also consider other factors as: name of the products, color and texture, ingredient statement, content of dietary fiber and health claims [1].
