Have you tried Horchata?

March 2021

The 2st EntreCompFood Progress meeting of the EntreCompFood project co-funded by COSME program of the European Union took place online, instead of Paris. We started the meeting with a networking session „e-Food trade“ to overcome the physical distance. „E-Food trade“ was organised on Padlet, where everybody posted some food related inspirations. We collected jazz food songs, latest food innovation as well as some cultural food specifics like Horchata. Short networking session was fun and it brought us closer together to work on the project progress.

The 1st EntreCompFood Progress meeting

September 2020

And it is now clear even more than ever, that we need to grow and strengthen the entrepreneurial competences. Each work package leader reported their progress during the meeting. Despite the Covid-19 situation the project progress is substantial, we are in the process of building EntreCompFood collaborating communities in France, Slovenia and Spain, which will meet in November and discuss the strategy for EntreComp implementation in the agri-food sector in each country. Also brought analysis of current literature on EntreComp is done and is opening a pathway for new learning opportunities designed during the EntreCompFood project.
