We would hereby like to inform you that a tender has been announced for the acquisition of the right to reconstruct about 8 km of the M1 Yerevan-Gyumri-Bavra highway (near the Agarak community: km 29 + 600 to km 37 + 545) within the framework of Tranche-2 of the “North-South Road Corridor Investment Program”. The international tender will be conducted following the “Single-Stage: Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure” of the Asian Development Bank Procurement Guidelines, without a pre-qualification phase.  Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB as per Section 5 of the Bid Document.
