RUSIJA/BELORUSIJA - ODLOK prepovedi vstopa tujim državljanom v Rusijo na BY-RUS mejnih prehodih s 1.avgustom 2018

Danes, dne, 31.07.2018 smo prejeli obvestilo MZI o odložitvi ukrepa prepovedi prehoda Belorusko-Ruske meje tujim voznikom (nedržavljanom Belorusije in Rusije), ki naj bi začel veljati 1. avgusta 2018. Po neuradnih informacijah ruskega združenja ASMAP, je bilo sklenjena odložitev izvrševanja omenjenega ukrepa. Tako bodo lahko nedržavljani Belorusije in Rusije še naprej, tudi po 1.8.2018, do nadaljnjega prestopali belorusko-rusko mejo.

Obvestilo ASMAP-a v ang.j.:

"I would like to provide you an additional information regarding transport operations to the Russian Federation since 1 August 2018:

According to an unofficial message from the representative of the Border Guards of the Smolensk region, it was decided to extend the period of informing foreign carriers about the procedure of crossing the state border of the Russian Federation. From 1 August until further notice, drivers of vehicles – citizens of foreign countries will be allowed to pass through the Russian-Belarusian border. The drivers will be given additional explanations. Carriers will be given additional time to organize transportation in compliance with the requirements of the Russian legislation"
