Slovenija predseduje Svetu Evropske unije v drugi polovici leta. Gospodarska zbornica Slovenije bo v tem času organizirala pogovore s poslovneži iz vseh 27 držav članic, vsak teden iz ene države članice.

Vabljeni, da se udeležite naslednjega poslovnega klepeta »EU BUSINESS TALKS«, ki se bo odvijal v torek, 10. avgusta 2021 ob 14. uri po slovenskem času.

Tokratni gost bo Taavi Rõivas, predsednik v podjetju Auve-Tech, s sedežem v Talinu v Estoniji. Podjetje je usmerjeno v razvoj in proizvodnjo avtonomnih transportnih sistemov. So eno izmed prvih podjetij na globalni ravni, katerih avtonomna vozila že vozijo po obstoječi infrastrukturi na javnih površinah.

Pred vstopom v privatni sektor je bil Taavi predsednik vlade Estonije med letoma 2014 in 2016 in pred tem minister za socialne zadeve med letoma 2012 in 2014. Diplomiral je iz poslovne administracije in marketinga na Univerzi v Tartu. Govori estonsko, angleško, rusko in finsko.

Pogovor bo trajal 30 minut in bo potekal v angleškem jeziku.

Slovenia is holding the Presidency of the Council of the European Union in the second half of 2021. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia will contribute its part by, among others, talking to businessmen and businesswomen from all 27 member states, one per week.

We will be organizing next in the EU BUSINESS TALKS meeting series on Tuesday, 10th of August 2021 at 2pm CET (GMT+1).

Guest of honour will be Taavi Rõivas, Chairman at Auve-Tech, based in Tallinn, Estonia, which is specialized in development and manufacturing of autonomous transportation systems. Company is behind world’s most compact and flexible level 4 autonomous shuttle that suits into the existing infrastructure and operates on public roads already today.

Before entering business, Taavi was a Prime Minister of Estonia from 2014 to 2016 and the Minister of Social Affairs from 2012 to 2014. He graduated from Tallinn Secondary Science School and from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the University of Tartu in international economics and marketing. He speaks Estonian, English, Russian, and Finnish.
