Slovenija predseduje Svetu Evropske unije v drugi polovici leta. Gospodarska zbornica Slovenije bo v tem času organizirala pogovore s poslovneži iz vseh 27 držav članic, vsak teden iz ene države članice.

Tokratni gost bo Marios Konstantinou, Izvršni direktor v podjetju Charalambides Christis s sedežem v Nikoziji na Cipru. Podjetje je največji proizvajalec na področju mlekarskih izdelkov v državi, prav tako je aktivno na področju uvoza in distribucije. Izvaža v preko 30 držav in kot tak predstavlja največjega ciprskega izvoznika na področju prehrambnih izdelkov.

Marios je Izvršni direktor podjetja Charalambides Christis od 2018 dalje. Pred tem je bil Izvršni direktor za PepsiCo International v Grčiji in na Cipru. Je diplomant poslovne administracije in marketinga na Univerzi v Coloradu Denver in MBA na  Univerzi v Memphisu.

Pogovor bo trajal 30 minut in bo potekal v angleškem jeziku.

EU BUSINESS TALKS 2021/19

Guest of honour will be Marios Konstantinou, Managing Director at Charalambides Christis based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Company is the largest and oldest dairy manufacturer in the country, as well as the top leader in food production, imports and distribution. The quality of Charalambides Christis is internationally recognized with the company actively exporting in more than 32 countries, making it the largest exporting company in the food industry in Cyprus.

Marios has been leading Charalambides Christis for the fourth year now. Prior to that, with a degree in Business Administration from University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Memphis, he was the GM and president of the BODs in Greece and Cyprus at PepsiCo International where he worked for 18 years.
